Professional Coaching
Professional coaching helps you to identify and clarify your business values, goals, outcomes and strategy. It helps you to identify and make changes, moving you from where you are to where you want to be. It also provides the ideal opportunity for inner focus and reflection enabling you to discover your personal values, beliefs, motivators, unique abilities and any latent talent within your personality.
Regular coaching helps you to balance the dilemmas of everyday life (such as family commitments, job pressures and health issues) with your wider business goals. It helps you to become more congruent in your life and work, knowing that you can shape and fashion your mental outlook, character and personality as you wish.

How the Coaching is Structured
The coaching takes place over one or one-and-a-half hour sessions every two weeks. Normally six sessions are booked over a three month period. The first session consists of an intake session which explores your goals, values and unique abilities. This first session generally lasts one-and-a-half hours. Future sessions explore the main goals and areas of focus identified during the intake session.
The coaching can be conducted either face-to-face or over the telephone. Often the intake session takes place face-to-face with future sessions taking place over the telephone.

Professional Coaching - Tools and Techniques Used
The coaching makes use of NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) techniques and personality profiling. Personality profiling helps you to understand your psychological type and clarifies your unique strengths and weaknesses. Armed with this knowledge, you can discover your unique gifts and determine where you can contribute most effectively within teams and at work. In addition, this profiling assists you to understand what situations, issues and relationships may cause stress, what behaviours you exhibit when under stress and remedies for overcoming this.
NLP is a particularly useful tool for uncovering those unhelpful patterns of thinking and behaviour that prevent us from achieving our goals. NLP recognises that our thoughts, feelings and behaviours are all inextricably linked. Changing our thoughts, feelings and/or behaviours gives us new ways of looking at things and more options. NLP is used in a conversational way to help you find release from these limiting and restrictive patterns and create meaningful change. In addition, NLP helps with the management of change and/or the fear of change, together with any associated losses and gains.
