How are the Classes Structured?
Classes either start with a quick recap of the technique chosen to study followed by practise where people split into twos and threes to practice and receive feedback from each other. Plus we sometimes look at complementary initiatives to NLP. For example, we’ve covered topics such as energy medicine, Emotional Freedom Technique, Psych-K, the Enneagram, the Myers-Briggs Typology, Robert Holden's Happiness Project, the Law of Attraction, Ken Wilber’s Integral Psychology and Bruce Lipton's pioneering work on the ‘Biology of Belief’.
Cheltenham Practice Classes
These run every month (excluding December and August) in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire. The class is facilitated by Kim who demonstrates the technique chosen before participants practise this together in twos or threes. Kim is happy to provide feedback and answer questions.
Cost: £25. Please refer to the Course Dates and Booking page for dates and booking process. |
