The coaching uses NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) techniques, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), the Enneagram, transpersonal psychology, Jungian theory and personality typology to help you to discover your authentic self and purpose.
Personality profiling helps you to understand your psychological type and clarifies your unique strengths and weaknesses. In addition, it assists you to understand what situations and relationships may cause stress, how you may behave under stress and remedies for overcoming this. NLP is a conversational way to help people make meaningful change and release from limiting, restrictive patterns of thinking and behaviour. NLP recognises that how we think, feel and behave is inextricably linked. Changing our thoughts, feelings and/or behaviours gives us new ways of looking at things and more options.
