- Practice using Conversational Belief Change, Sleight of Mouth Patterns and Prime Concerns to help induce life change
NLP and Health – Using Your Mind to Heal Your Body (2 days)
- Recognize how our thoughts, feelings and behaviours affect our physical health
- Learn tools to deal with pain symptoms, allergies, compulsions, stress, worry habits and various health issues
- Discover the connection between the NLP Meta Programs, Personality Type and Health
NLP, the Enneagram and the Shadow (2 days)
- Learn to recognize your Shadow – that part that rises up when you feel an unexplained dislike of someone, or see an unacceptable trait, or simply feel overwhelmed by an emotion such as anger, sadness or guilt
- Identify your Enneagram Type - your personal defence system learnt during childhood - and learn how this relates to your Gift or Myers-Briggs Type

Values Elicitation and Timeline Techniques (2 days)
- Further tools and techniques to elicit values and arrange these into a hierarchy.
- Explore using techniques to elicit your towards and away-from values and how to deal with any internal conflicts between values.
- Further timeline practice to release limiting away-from values, decisions and beliefs such as “I can’t make a lot of money”, “I can’t have the relationship I want” and other values and beliefs that hold you back.
